Position: Counsellor
Project: Targeted Intervention (TI) – Migrant Project
Organization: Matrix Society for Social Services
Location: Paharganj, New Delhi
Salary: Rs 16,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide individual counselling to migrant beneficiaries.
2. Conduct HIV/AIDS prevention and risk-reduction counselling.
3. Pre and post HIV test counselling.
4. Conduct IPC (Interpersonal Communication) sessions.
5. Maintain counselling records, documentation, and reports.
6. Coordinate with ICTC/ART centres and other health facilities.
7. Participate in review meetings and outreach activities.

Eligibility:
1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
2. Experience in TI/HIV/AIDS projects preferred.
3. Good communication and documentation skills.
4. Basic computer knowledge.
