At Roshni Foundation & Charitable Trust, our work in tribal regions of Dahanu and Talasari has expanded deeply across education, health, women empowerment, and village development. As the impact grows, strong systems and coordination in Mumbai have become essential.

We are looking for a Part-Time Office Coordinator to join our Mumbai office (Andheri East) and become a key support in strengthening our operations, documentation, fundraising support, and communications.

?? Timing: 1 pm – 6 pm (On-site)
??Occasional rural travel during major programs

This role is not just administrative — it is about helping a grassroots organisation become more structured, visible, and sustainable.

You will help with:
• Fundraising & CSR proposal support
• Impact reports, case studies & award applications
• Website, social media & communication coordination
• Documentation, NGO compliance support & digital systems (Zoho etc.)
• Follow-ups with rural teams, interns, and trustees
• Preparing briefs, tracking action points, and guiding interns in documentation and communication tasks

We are looking for someone who is:
?Organised and dependable
?Tech-friendly (Excel, Word, Google tools; Zoho is a plus)
?Good with communication and follow-ups
?Comfortable coordinating and working with interns
?Interested in genuine grassroots social impact work

Experience in NGOs, reporting, or coordination will be an advantage.
