Job Description:
We’re seeking a Festival & Program Coordination with good coordination and organization skills, content development and program implementation across our film festivals and forums. This role suits someone who enjoys both creative work and field coordination. You will be part of a small team and take ownership of projects from start to finish. The role will involve executing events end-to-end—from speaker/vendor coordination and run-of-show to on-site delivery and post-event reporting. Familiarity with environmental themes, along with excellent communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, assist in designing and organizing programs and festivals is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Support planning of screenings, workshops and competitions
• Travel to different cities to organize and manage programmes
• Maintain documentation and media archives
• Help in drafting the concept notes, briefs and email communication
• Support press materials and festival updates

Essentials Skills
The Senior Executive will have to be an effective team player, and well-articulated speaker, who should be able to perform exceptionally under pressure and produce high-quality outputs within stringent deadlines. In particular, the candidates should have:

• Strong writing skills in English
• Hands-on experience in video editing tools
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Willingness to travel
• Interest in environment, films and youth engagement

Compensation:
Compensation would be as per the industry preference and commensurate with qualifications, experience and salary history of the selected candidate.
