Job Title: Program Coordinator – Rural Development
Organization: Gautama Buddha Rural Development Society (GBRDS)

Location: Karamchedu, Bapatla District, Andhra Pradesh (Full-Time, On-Site)

Reporting to: Founder / Board of Directors

Role Overview
The Program Coordinator will be the primary executor and "boots on the ground" for GBRDS. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of health, education, and social welfare services to the residents of Karamchedu. We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated leader who can bridge the gap between vision and village-level execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Health & Elderly Care Management

Organize and oversee monthly health camps and daily home visits for the elderly.

Ensure the target of reaching 2,000 patients annually is met through structured outreach.

Coordinate with local medical professionals to facilitate highly discounted medical tests.

2. Education & Youth Empowerment

Manage the logistics for underprivileged students, including the school bus service and extracurricular excursions.

Supervise the operations of the Computer Lab and Spoken English classes.

Identify skill-training opportunities (Digital, Tailoring, etc.) and coordinate job placements for local youth.

3. Social Welfare & Daily Operations

Oversee the daily food delivery service, ensuring quality and consistency for 100+ beneficiaries.

Manage sanitation projects, specifically focusing on mosquito control and drainage maintenance.

4. Community Engagement & Administration

Act as the primary liaison between the society, village elders, and local government bodies.

Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, expenses, and program impact.

Weekly Reporting: Provide detailed progress reports (including photos/videos) to the leadership team via digital channels.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Master of Social Work (MSW), MBA in Rural Management, or a related degree.

Experience: 3–5 years in NGO operations, community organizing, or rural development.

Languages: Native-level fluency in Telugu (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English for reporting.

Technical: Proficient in using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic photo/video tools for documentation.

Personal Traits: High emotional intelligence, strong negotiation skills, and a "service-first" mindset.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a two-wheeler for local travel.
