The Department of Public Health, Dr. Shroff Charity Eye Hospital, is looking for dedicated Field Research Coordinators for Ongoing long-term study project – EARN Trial based at Mohammadi, Uttar Pradesh.

Project – EARN Trial – ‘Randomized Controlled Trials of the Economic Advantages of Readers for Near Vision in India’

Relevant Skills –
? Household Surveys & good research aptitude
? Data analysis using SPSS / STATA / R / Excel etc.
? Program Management through rigorous field visits
? Community Engagement & Outreach Activities
? Knowledge of ODK Tools/ REDCap / Mobile based data collection apps
? Good Knowledge of Computer and IT (MS Word, Excel, UPI, Internet Banking etc.)
? Skills to drive at least 2 wheeler
? Strong verbal & written communication

Eligibility –
? MPH / MSW / / Social Sciences or related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
? BSW / / Social Sciences or related discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
? Preferably having a valid driving license (at least 2-wheeler)
? Willingness to travel extensively in their respective district villages
? Age Group – 24 – 40 years
Remuneration – compensation for this position range from Rs. 45,000 – 65,000
(travel expenses related to field level monitoring would be reimbursed as per actuals)
