About the Organization
Bhoomika Vihar is a Bihar-based development organization established in 1996 working to build a society free from violence and exploitation. The organization has empowered more than 500,000 marginalized women, adolescent girls, and children through programs focused on education, gender equality, child protection, and livelihoods.

About the Project
“NayiPehchaan – Learning, Earning, Leading” aims to address educational exclusion, gender inequality, and livelihood vulnerability in flood-affected communities of Araria district. The project will establish DigiPlayPathshala – a joyful digital learning hub to support children and adolescent girls through digital education, leadership development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate digital learning sessions for children at the DigiPlayPathshala center.
• Support educational and recreational activities such as storytelling, painting, sports, and competitions.
• Ensure regular participation and engagement of children in learning activities.
• Support girl-led initiatives and Balika Panchayat activities under the project.
• Assist in organizing monthly activities such as birthday celebrations, attendance awards, and community events.
• Mobilize children and parents to encourage regular school attendance.
• Maintain records of attendance, learning progress, and activity reports.
• Work closely with community committees such as Nigrani Samiti to strengthen community participation.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum Intermediate / Graduate in any discipline (education or social sciences preferred).
• Experience working with children or community groups will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with marginalized communities and adolescent girls.
• Basic digital literacy (smart TV / digital learning tools preferred).
• Local candidates from Araria or nearby areas will be preferred.
Honorarium
As per organizational norms (NGO sector standards for field facilitators).
