Role Highlights

Generate high-quality leads for CSR and social development projects
Build and manage strong client relationships
Understand thematic requirements and support project strategy
Prepare smart, compelling presentations
Conduct data mining & lead identification
Draft and support proposals for CSR/social projects
Use Excel and AI tools (incl. ChatGPT) for research & documentation
Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Global client exposure is a plus

Who We’re Looking For

Strong English communication
Experience in social sector BD/lead generation
Smart, analytical, and proactive
Adaptable and confident with multitasking
Tech-comfortable, especially with AI tools
