Job Title: Outreach Worker – FSW (Targeted Intervention – SPA Project)

Salary & Travel
Salary: ?10,500 per month
Travel Allowance: Reimbursement of travel expenses as per actuals, up to a maximum of ?1,500 per month, for field outreach work.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach among Female Sex Workers (FSW) under the Targeted Intervention (TI) program.
Provide correct information on HIV/AIDS, STI prevention, condom use, and sexual health services.
Motivate and refer community members for HIV testing, STI screening, and treatment services at designated health facilities.
Conduct one-to-one contacts, group meetings, hotspot meetings, and awareness sessions with FSW community members.
Provide information about Crisis Response Team (CRT) and available support services.
Identify and reach hidden and hard-to-reach FSW populations in the project area.
Support community mobilization and development of second-line leadership at hotspot level.
Conduct outreach at hotspots such as lodges, hotels, bars, clubs, restaurants, parks, and street-based locations.
Share information about government schemes, social protection, and entitlements available to the community.
Maintain outreach records, daily diaries, and reporting formats as per TI program guidelines.
Prepare weekly outreach plans and review progress during weekly meetings.
Submit field data and reports to the M&E and Finance Officer / Project Manager.
Ensure support group meetings and Crisis Response Team meetings are conducted regularly with team members.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the line manager as required for project implementation.

Essential Requirements
Minimum 8th class pass.
Preferably from or closely connected to the FSW community.
Experience working with FSW community, HIV prevention programs, or community-based organizations will be preferred.
Good understanding of community mobilization and outreach work.
Strong communication, facilitation, and convincing skills.
Ability to read and write in Hindi and basic English.
Willingness to travel within the project area and work in field settings.
