• To ensure smooth coordination between partners, beneficiaries, and internal teams

• To support senior management in delivering program goals within defined timelines

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Implementation & Coordination
• Support planning and execution of ongoing programs
• Track timelines and ensure milestone completion
• Coordinate with partner NGOs and key stakeholders
• Support field visits and monitoring activities
2. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain program records, trackers, and reports
• Assist in preparing review notes and donor updates
• Ensure proper documentation of meetings and communications
3. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
• Liaise with NGOs, vendors, beneficiaries, and consultants
• Support community meetings and partner interactions
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
4. Event & Operational Support
• Assist in executing Trust-level meetings, workshops, and events
• Coordinate logistics and vendor follow-ups
• Provide on-ground support during key program activities
5. Secondary Programs
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned secondary programs for the respective Trustee/Promoter
• Maintain detailed documentation of all communication and reporting
• Liaise with strategic consultants (if any) for concept development aligned with program objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
• Graduation in a relevant field (Social Work / Development Studies preferred)
• 3–4 years of experience in program coordination or the NGO/development sector
Knowledge & Skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong communication and liaisoning skills
• Ability to work within structured systems and defined timelines

Language Requirements (Mandatory)
• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written)

Other Requirements
• Mandatory work from office (Pune-based role)
• Comfortable with field visits within and around Pune
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about social impact
