Job Summary:
The Finance cum Procurement and Admin Coordinator will be responsible for managing the financial, procurement, and administrative functions of the HDFC Bank CSR Initiative of Holistic Rural Development Program- My Village My Pride program. The role will ensure compliance with organizational and donor regulations, facilitate smooth project operations, and support program implementation through efficient financial management, procurement, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting:
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports for the project.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, donor guidelines, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasting.
• Process payments, reimbursements, and maintain financial documentation.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are up to date.
Procurement & Logistics:
• Manage procurement of goods and services as per organizational and donor policy.
• Ensure transparent vendor selection and maintain procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials. And timely payments to vendors
• Periodic review of Vendor performance
Administration & Operations:
• Oversee office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage logistics for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Maintain records of contracts, leases, and project-related documentation.
• Support HR functions, including payroll processing and staff reimbursements.
• Maintain inventory records and oversee asset management.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, procurement, and administration, preferably in the development sector.
• Knowledge of financial management, procurement processes, and donor compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
