Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support financial planning and reporting for the organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining transparency and accuracy in financial operations, particularly in NGO/project-based accounting and donor reporting.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Book keeping
2. Budget and Expense Monitoring
3. Bank and Cash Management
4. Financial Reports Preparation
5. Audit related Documentation and Compliance

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial management.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of NGO financial procedures and donor reporting will be an added advantage.

Skills Required
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation ability
• Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
• Proficiency in accounting software

Preferred Experience
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in the NGO sector or development sector will be preferred.
• FCRA related experience
