Position: Associate Consultants

To support our ongoing and upcoming assignments, we invite applications for empanelment of experienced professionals in the above-mentioned relevant areas for short-term project-based assignments.
Associate Consultants
The Associate Consultants shall be expected to offer their technical inputs at various stages of the project, from proposal development to final delivery of high-quality evaluation reports, policy notes, presentations, etc. The specific activities in which these experts shall be involved will include –
Survey Implementation Phase
- Planning, coordinating and supervising large-scale surveys and multidisciplinary project teams
- Managing survey management systems, databases, data processing and quality assurance mechanisms
- Participating in consultative discussions with key stakeholders and review meetings with client
Report Finalisation Phase:
- Offering support in analysing quantitative and qualitative data
- Offering inputs for developing reports, policy notes, and advisory documents
- Participating in presentations to the client
Eligibility
- Relevant postgraduate degree in Management, Public Policy, Economics, Statistics, or Social Sciences
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience of working with Government Departments / International Agencies preferred
- Demonstrated experience in research, monitoring & evaluation, or technical advisory role
Engagement Terms
This is a full-time regular position. Initially, the individuals will be appointed on a probationary basis. After successful completion of the probation period, the candidates would be absorbed by the organization with benefits, such as, Health Insurance, Provident Fund, Self-Development Allowance, etc.
Remuneration: Rs. 24 – 30 LPA, as per competence and experience.
