Project Planning & Strategy: Defining goals,, creating detailed work plans, setting timelines, and determining resource requirements.
Budget & Resource Management: Managing project budgets, tracking spending to ensure cost-efficiency, and allocating resources (personnel/materials).
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Tracking project progress, measuring KPIs, ensuring quality standards, and conducting evaluations.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Communicating with donors, partners, and community members; preparing progress reports; and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Leading field staff, organizing training, and managing partner relationships.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks (e.g., security, logistical issues) and implementing mitigation strategies.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining comprehensive documentation and submitting reports on project progress to management.

M.Sc Agriculture/Forestry/Agri-economics, should have minimum 8-10 years experience in NRM, Watershed, Rural Development, community based monitoring system, deep knowledge of proposal & report writing, implantation of community based projects, organizing events and computer savvy
