The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, supervising, monitoring, and reporting on vocational training and skill development programmes implemented across WIF Homes & centres. The role includes programme coordination, documentation, stock management, donor reporting, and market linkage support to ensure sustainable livelihood outcomes for beneficiaries.

The Coordinator will play a critical role in strengthening programme quality, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and expanding marketing opportunities for products made by trainees.

Key Roles & Responsibilities include

· Programme Supervision & Implementation

· Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting

· Inventory & Stock Management

· Market Linkages & Product Marketing Support

· Project Development & Strategic Support

· Coordination & Stakeholder Communication



Required Skills & Competencies

Strong coordination and organizational skills
Excellent report writing and documentation ability
Basic financial and stock management skills
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and travel locally
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Sensitivity towards women survivors of violence and children in care
Prior experience and knowledge in vocational skills development programmes preferably with women is mandatory
