Position Overview The Incumbent will be responsible for mobilization and enabling
livelihoods for students.Candidate having great deal of passion to
mobilize community towards enrolling them for various Skilling
Courses.

Key Responsibilities ? Build the rapport with local key leaders like ward pramukh,
teachers, caste leaders, political leaders, ASHA/Anganwadi
workers, social workers, SHG leaders etc
? Increasing community awareness by organizing their group
meetings, using community mobilization tools like posters,
banners, pamphlets, motivational videos etc.

Qualification and other
requirements

? 10 th Pass/12 th Pass/Dropout Graduate/Graduate
? Desirable: having some experience in sales or community
mobilization
? Field Job
? Should have their own bike and android mobile
? Good communication skills.
? A proactive mindset.
