We’re searching for a bold, entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of our operations in one of our key states. As a State Head, you will be at the frontlines of transforming smallholder farmers’lives—leading large teams, managing operations end-to-end, and making tough, smart decisions to scale impact sustainably. If you're excited about building, fixing, growing,
and winning in rural India—this role is for you.

Must-Haves
• Bachelor in agriculture/rural development/ social sciences or any related field
• 3 to 5 Years rural working experience
• 2 years experience in managing at least 8-10 people directly
• Operations Management Experience
• Farmer-Centric Mindset

Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in a agri-based start-up
• Data Management and Analysis Experience
• Worked with FPOs, local government officials

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales, installation, and service teams.
• Own the regional P&L—ensure pricing, CAC, service, and operational costs align with budget.
• Deliver 100% customer satisfaction and meet all Farmer Success and NPS targets.
• Manage relationships with partners after getting handover from partner success managers to drive operations smoothly
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders for cross-functional success.
• Work closely with the leadership team to come up with effective strategies to achieve organizational goals
