Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating development projects of the organization. The role ensures that programs are delivered effectively, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Planning & Implementation
Design and implement project plans in line with organizational objectives.
Develop annual work plans, activity schedules, and budgets.
Ensure timely execution of all program activities.
2. Team Management
Supervise and guide project coordinators, field staff, and volunteers.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Build team capacity through training and mentoring.
3. Monitoring & Evaluation
Track project progress using monitoring tools and indicators.
Ensure proper documentation and data collection.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
4. Donor & Stakeholder Coordination
Maintain communication with donors, partners, and government departments.
Submit timely reports and utilization certificates.
Represent the organization in meetings and advocacy forums.
5. Financial Management
Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and audit requirements.
6. Community Engagement
Build strong relationships with community leaders and beneficiaries.
Ensure community participation in program activities.
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), MBA, Development Studies, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in NGO program management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of reporting, budgeting, and donor compliance.

Strong documentation and reporting ability
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, MIS systems)
