Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven professional to be a part of the Centre’s CSR consulting portfolio. The role requires demonstrated expertise in conducting CSR impact assessments, baseline studies, and other evaluative research, along with strong capabilities in research tool development. The incumbent will be responsible for stakeholder engagement with communities and partners, and for ensuring successful delivery of CSR consulting assignments. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in conceptualising and managing projects, executing social assessment studies, and business development capabilities for expanding the portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
• Planning and execution of CSR consulting assignments-Baseline, Needs Assessment, Impact Assessment Study, SIA, and SRoI. Experience in managing and leading social assessments would be an asset
• Preparing technical and financial proposals including scope definition, budgeting, timelines, and resource planning
• Design research methodologies, prepare data collection tools (questionnaire development) and quality reports
• Drive business development for CSR portfolio
• Conducting capacity building trainings on CSR
• Conduct field visit (pan India) ensuring accuracy and quality of data at the ground level
• Strong research orientation, analytical skills and data visualisation for developing data driven reports and presentation for clients
• Collaborating with various teams internally for work

Required Experience and Qualifications
• 7-12 years of experience working with CSR departments/foundations, or experience with rural community-based programs preferred with demonstrated success in delivering CSR consulting assignments
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the development sector (health, education, livelihoods, WASH, and environmental programs) particularly in rural contexts
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex assignments simultaneously
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
• High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
• Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage
