Salary: ?12,000 – ?15,000 per month (Higher salary may be considered based on last drawn salary and experience)

Our mission is to strengthen MSMEs by improving digital adoption and awareness of government schemes and growth opportunities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Male Mobilizer who is passionate about community engagement, digitalisation of nano and micro businesses, and grassroots fieldwork. The candidate will work closely with volunteers and travel extensively across Delhi NCR to connect with entrepreneurs, understand their challenges, and mobilise them for digital and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Travel across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad for field outreach.

Meet Nano and Micro entrepreneurs (MSMEs) in local markets and business clusters.

Conduct structured questionnaire-based surveys in Hindi to collect data on:

Digitalisation challenges

Business growth bottlenecks

Access to schemes and training

Mobilise entrepreneurs to participate in digital awareness sessions and training programs.

Create awareness about:

Digital tools and platforms

Government schemes for MSMEs

CeDISI’s training and support programs

Coordinate and manage a group of local volunteers during field activities.

Maintain proper documentation and submit daily/weekly field reports.

Build trust-based relationships within the business community.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Comfortable speaking and conducting surveys in Hindi.

Basic understanding of smartphones and digital tools.

Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and with volunteer teams.

Passion for MSME development and community mobilisation.

Preferred Profile

Prior experience in field mobilisation, NGO work, community outreach, or sales.

Interest in digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and grassroots development.

Energetic, disciplined, and target-oriented.
