Sahabhagi Vikash Abhiyan (SVA) is a grassroots development organization working in the areas of sustainable agriculture, livelihoods, women empowerment and rural development in Odisha.

Role Overview:
SVA is seeking a motivated and experienced Resource Mobilization Consultant who can work remotely to support fundraising, donor partnerships and proposal development for its development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify funding opportunities from CSR, foundations and institutional donors
• Prepare and submit proposals, concept notes and budgets
• Coordinate with corporates and funding agencies (online meetings, calls, emails)
• Support crowdfunding and digital fundraising initiatives
• Maintain donor pipeline, tracker and monthly reports

Eligibility & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience in NGO fundraising / CSR / development sector
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with CSR landscape in India
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Existing donor network preferred

Remuneration:
Monthly retainer + performance-based incentive (commission on funds raised).

Expected Deliverables (Monthly):
• Minimum 10 funding leads
• At least 3–5 proposals submitted
• Monthly activity report
