Educational Qualification: A degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a relevant field is preferred.

Job Description:
We’re seeking a Social Media and Communication Executive with good coordination and organization skills, content development and program implementation across our film festivals and forums. The role will involve executing events end-to-end—from speaker/vendor coordination and run-of-show to on-site delivery and post-event reporting. Familiarity with environmental themes, along with excellent communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, assist in designing and organizing programs and festivals is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute social media strategy across platforms
• Create posts, reels, trailers and event promos
• Edit short videos of festivals and workshops
• Write clear captions, announcements and draft reports
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting

Essentials Skills
The Executive will have to be an effective team player, and well-articulated speaker, who should be able to perform exceptionally under pressure and produce high-quality outputs within stringent deadlines. In particular, the candidates should have:

• Strong writing skills in English
• Hands-on experience in video editing tools
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook
• Manage digital communication and support on-ground festival execution.
• Willingness to travel
• Interest in environment, films and youth engagement and digital communication and support on-ground festival execution.

Compensation:
Compensation would be as per the industry preference and commensurate with qualifications, experience and salary history of the selected candidate.
