The Tamilnadu Domestic Workers Welfare Trust is looking for a passionate and organized HR Admin to join our team!
?? Location: Chennai
?? Salary: ?25,000/month
?? Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain employee records and HR documentation
-Prepare HR letters and ensure proper record-keeping
-Support recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
-Track attendance, leave, and assist with payroll
-Maintain HR reports and ensure data accuracy
-Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws
-Support audits and HR policy implementation
-Handle employee queries and provide HR support
-Assist in training and engagement activities
?? Requirements:
-MSW-HR / Relevant degree in HR
-1–3 years of experience (NGO experience preferred)
-Strong communication & organizational skills
-Basic HR knowledge
