Job Title: Proposal Writer & Fundraising Executive
Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Writing & Documentation

Research and identify funding opportunities from government, CSR, NGOs, and international agencies
Draft high-quality project proposals, concept notes, grant applications, and reports
Customize proposals according to donor guidelines and requirements
Prepare detailed budgets, timelines, and supporting documents

2. Fundraising & Donor Management

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support
Build and maintain relationships with donors, corporates, and funding agencies
Coordinate with CSR departments of companies for partnership opportunities
Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain communication with stakeholders

3. Research & Development

Conduct research on new funding sources, schemes, and grants
Stay updated with CSR policies, government programs, and funding trends
Analyze project impact and present data effectively in proposals

4. Reporting & Compliance

Prepare utilization reports, progress reports, and impact reports for donors
Ensure compliance with donor requirements and legal guidelines
Maintain proper documentation and records of all funding activities

5. Coordination & Communication

Work closely with internal teams to gather project information
Coordinate with field staff for data collection and reporting
Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and events

6. Marketing & Outreach Support

Assist in creating presentations, brochures, and fundraising materials
Support digital fundraising campaigns (email, social media, etc.)
Promote the organization’s activities to attract funding opportunities
Skills Required:
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Knowledge of CSR funding and NGO sector
Strong research and analytical ability
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Key Responsibilities

Support marketing and outreach activities for fundraising campaigns
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Management, Social Work, or English)
Experience in proposal writing or fundraising (preferred)
Salary
