Location: DELHI with extensive local travel across NCR region. Remote work when not traveling.
Duration: 16 May 2026 – 15 October 2026 (6-month contractual role)

About the Role
If you enjoy being out in the world more than sitting behind a screen, and conversations come easier to you than emails — this role might feel natural.

We're looking for someone who can help make #EveryIndianVolunteering possible. The role is simple to explain, slightly harder to execute: get institutions and communities across Delhi to actually participate in volunteering.

#DaanUtsav is one of the key moments to drive this at scale—but the larger goal goes beyond a single campaign.

What You'll Be Doing
Outreach that goes beyond "just checking in"
Meet schools, NGOs working with schools, colleges, apartments, and corporates. Build relationships that lead to real participation - not polite nods.

Turning interest into action
Follow up, convince, coordinate, and sometimes persist until "we'll think about it" becomes "we're in."

Building meaningful partnerships
Spot opportunities where one collaboration can unlock many participants. Scale matters.

Creating visible opportunities to volunteer
Support on-ground execution with partners like Delhi Metro, Indian Oil petrol pumps, and others to make volunteering easy, accessible, and hard to ignore.

Who This Role Works For
Graduates with prior work experience. Freshers (less than 1 yr exp) can be considered as Interns.

Comfortable with frequent travel across Delhi

Naturally outgoing i.e. not forced small talk, but genuine ease with people

Proactive enough to follow up without reminders

Basic proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Able to manage multiple conversations and commitments at once

Who Should Probably Skip This
If you prefer predictable, desk-heavy roles

If follow-ups feel repetitive

If meeting new people daily doesn't excite you.

Those for whom a full time comp range of Rs25-35K per month doesn't work at all.

Role Details
Type: Full-time (6 days a week)

Flexibility: Part-time option may be considered based on individual circumstances at proportionately lower compensation.

Nature of Work: Remote, with significant on-ground engagement across Delhi
