Trainer

Role Summary:
The Trainer will be responsible for mobilizing candidates for Garima training, conducting training sessions across Mumbai, and supporting placement coordination to ensure successful livelihood outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mobilize candidates for Garima training programs
• Conduct training sessions across Mumbai locations
• Coordinate with local placement agencies for candidate placement
• Maintain training data, records, and reports accurately
• Ensure smooth implementation of training activities

Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate/Post Graduate in a relevant field
• Experience in skill development and livelihood training projects preferred

Skills Required:
• Good communication and training skills
• Ability to engage and motivate candidates
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai
