1. Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and attend to visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Ensure proper coordination between departments and staff

Data Management:
• Maintain and update data in registers/software
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
• Monitor and organize documentation systematically

Calling & Follow-ups:
• call candidates and verify beneficiaries on regular basis
• Coordinate with candidates and team members for updates and required information

Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
