Role Summary:
The Coordinator cum Placement Officer will be responsible for managing field-level activities, coordinating community engagement, and supporting placement-related tasks to ensure effective project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day field activities as per the project plan
• Liaise with community members, stakeholders, and local partners
• Mobilize beneficiaries and mobilizers, ensuring active participation
• coordinate &Support placement activities, including candidate coordination and follow-ups
• Monitor field implementation and ensure quality service delivery
• Collect, verify, and maintain field data, records, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and timelines

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field (preferred)

Experience:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in field coordination, community work, or placement activities
• Freshers may be considered based on project requirements

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
• Willingness to travel extensively in field areas

Other Requirements:
• Familiarity with the local language and community dynamics
• Flexibility to work during field activities and community events
