Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: - 1 Post – (G&M)
Eligibility: Masters in Arts in Economics, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology and Equivalent Education, Knowledge of SRHR, Medico Social Field. Computer Technology savvy with Statistic Knowledge will be added advantage .
Experience: minimum 1 year and fresher can also apply
1. Salary: - Rs. 18,000/- to 20,000/- (based on their experience and last drawn salary)
Role:
The role of a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (M&E) Officer in a medical field within an NGO organization is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness of health programs. The M&E Officer is
responsible for, Data collection, Training and Support, Data Management and Collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain knowledge management system (as directed by HQ).
• Support monitoring and evaluation visiting team.
• Extract data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and send it to HQs through proper channel.
• Keep track of global and national developments in Sexual and Reproductive Health Education and related issues; highlight these appropriately in various forums and link to ongoing programmes.
• Assist the team members in conducting needs analysis within the existing programmes.
• Guide and initiate action-based research under the guidance of HQ.
• Provide support in organizing staff development programmes.
• Coordinate with other units to strengthen the programme activities
• Assist in preparing various documents for promoting Sexual Reproductive Health issues at the branch level.
• Conduct monitoring visits at all location within Pune (Travel at Actual
• Assist in preparing and pre-testing Information Education Communication/Behavior Change Communication material based on reviews.
• Participate as team member of monitoring and evaluation teams
• Assist in preparing work plans and budgets of the branch
• Provide regular feedback for utilization of data at various levels
• Maintain medicine stock along with register and Bin Card
• Do DHIS and Open EMR
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager
