I. Introduction
Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CInI)?is a resource organization committed to improving the overall quality of life in rural and tribal regions across the Central India belt, spanning the states of Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. Established in 2007 as an associate organization of Tata Trusts, CInI has pioneered several scalable and impactful programs across key thematic areas—Livelihoods, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WaSH), Education, Sports, Primary Healthcare & Nutrition. Our initiatives are aligned with the?Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030?and have been recognised on national and international platforms.
CInI anchors its work in community institutions, women’s collectives, and frontline workers. In partnership with CSOs and State Governments, we leverage technology, and robust processes to deliver sustainable, scalable impact—powered by 300+ development professionals across implementation geographies.
II. Job Purpose
CInI is directly implementing an integrated livelihood enhancement project in selected clusters and Shirpur blocks of Dhule District of Maharashtra. To strengthen the agriculture development activities under the project, CInI intends to appoint an “Project Manager” The Program Manager will be responsible for the proper implementation of the program on the grass root level. Extensive project monitoring, reporting to Team Leader and expansion of programs in assigned locations.
III. Key Accountabilities
• Work closely with the field staff to design and plan activity, events/ meetings primarily focused on achieving project outcomes in the village.
• Work according to the framework on project specific interventions focusing primarily on community institution and livelihood intervention.
• Work with field coordinators, and other project staff to build community capacity to manage project intervention including clear understanding of prototypes.
• Liaise and network with agriculture line departments, agriculture universities, Tribal Development Departments, Financial institutions like NABARD, Banks, and other relevant agencies for leveraging the program and other support inputs for enhancing the planned outputs of activities within CInI; Build linkages/alliances with NGOs/rural communities/ universities, etc. Be the point person to coordinate with relevant external and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other program teams and contribute actively to the designing and development of interventions.
• Track progress of project and submit Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual data to the donor, team leader MH.
• Provide success stories and maintain case studies and their progress for the learning and documentation.
• Carry out needs, gaps and resources assessment related to nutrition program.
• Conducting training needs assessment and supporting training and capacity building of teams
• Supporting the M&E teams to document and monitor program findings.
• Any other tasks assigned to you by the team leader- Maharashtra.
IV.Eligibility and requirements
Education:
B.Sc. /M.Sc. (Agri)/Agriculture Engineering
Experience:
Minimum of 5-6 years. of field experience in implementing Livelihood development projects with Special experience in similar capacity managing large teams and working with government systems, Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Fluent in spoken and written English, Good knowledge of spoken and written Marathi skills.
