Hiring Ad – Administration Head

Vimukti Sanstha is a Jaipur based NGO of repute that is committed to alleviating the lives of less privileged girls from slums through education and career development support, with the ultimate aim of helping them achieve financial independence. Its operational arm, Vimukti Girls School, currently located in the Sitapura Industrial Area of Jaipur, has a track record of providing free education, books, uniforms, nutritional support, and career development assistance for over two decades. As we grow, we are looking to further strengthen our administrative function to provide best in class support systems to run our operation efficiently, transparently, and with integrity and due adherence to regulatory and compliance needs.

Position: Administration Head

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to head the administration function at Vimukti Sanstha and Vimukti Girls School.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administration and operations
• Manage school records and coordination
• Handle compliance, budgeting & procurement
• Support program execution and staff coordination

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Over 15 years in administration with at least 3 years as head of administration
• Prior administrative experience in an NGO / School (preferably an NGO run school)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Location: The school is currently located at Sitapura Industrial Area
