1. JOB DESCRIPTION PROJECT COORDINATOR (2 for Rajasthan, 1 for Uttrakhand)
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and implementing the overall operationalization of the health services through Mobile Health Van (MHV) in the assigned intervention villages of Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Udaipur (Rajasthan), and Uddham Singh Nagar (Uttrakhand).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support team lead for monitoring overall project performance across locations.
2. Oversee daily functioning of MHV units at assigned locations.
3. Develop and manage route plans, duty rosters, and activity schedules.
4. Ensure coordination among field teams and with central/state teams.
5. Compile and submit case studies, daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
6. Liaise with the donor, CSR team, and local government officials.
7. Raise the monthly medicine demand and Track availability of staff, medicines, and equipment.
8. Address field-level operational challenges and staff concerns.
9. Ensure adherence to SOPs, donor guidelines, and project protocols.
10. Coordinate monitoring visits, audits, and review meetings.
11. Support identification and coordination with local vendors.
12. Provide end-to-end support in planning and organizing health camps
13. Conduct field/monitoring visits whenever required and as per instructions of team lead
14. Prepare presentations and reporting documents for review meetings
15. Support in MIS management
16. Support in recruitment, selection, and staffing processes.
17. Support in data uploads on portals like M-Grant and Ariba.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
• Masters in Social Science/MPH/MHA with a minimum of three years of work experience in coordinating health and development interventions with district, and block-level officials to support replication and sustainability.
• Experience working in the Public Health Sector is essential.
• Thorough understanding and proven ability in managing community-based projects especially in public health that includes planning, operationalization, monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and Hindi with a focus on sharing experience and building capacity.
• Managerial and leadership skills
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office and Internet.
• Willingness to travel in the field to support, and mentor project activities.
• Ability to accomplish tasks within time limits.
