We're Hiring: Community Mobilizer

Join our mission to empower rural and urban youth through skill development and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Connect with rural and urban youth across villages and communities
-Spread awareness about free skill training programs
-Counsel candidates and parents regarding career opportunities
-Achieve monthly mobilization targets and ensure candidate enrollment

Preferences:

-Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
-Good communication skills in Hindi and local dialects
-Own bike and smartphone are mandatory

Experience

-0–2 years of experience in field work, NGO sector, sales, or community-based projects.

Salary: Rs 15,000 – Rs 18,000 per month with Travel Allowance
