Job Purpose
The Agriculture Expert will support planning and implementation of climate-resilient and sustainable agriculture interventions at the field level, ensuring improved productivity and farmer adoption.

Key Responsibilities
• Support implementation of sustainable and climate-smart agriculture practices
• Conduct farmer trainings, demonstrations, and field visits
• Promote improved cropping practices, soil health management, and water-use efficiency
• Assist in development and monitoring of crop plans and seasonal interventions
• Maintain field data, progress reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with farmer groups, FPOs, and community institutions
• Support integration of NRM interventions with agriculture practices

Required Qualifications & Experience
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture
• Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in agriculture or rural development projects
• Practical knowledge of crop management, soil health, and water conservation practices , FPO
• Experience in farmer training and community engagement
• Ability to work in rural field conditions
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)

Compensation
• Rs 30,000 – Rs 35,000 per month
