1. District Coordinator – 1 Post
•Your Role: You will be the 'Strategist' and 'Guide' of this mission in Gaya district. Your task is not just management, but laying a solid foundation for change.
•Qualification: MSW / Rural Development / Agriculture or equivalent.
•Experience: Minimum 2 years in project management, team leadership, and government coordination.
•Mission: Finding solutions to ground-level challenges through reporting, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
•Honorarium: ?25,000/- per month.
2. Block Coordinator Saathi – 8 Posts
•Your Role: You are the 'Bridge' between the community and their rights. Your job is to bring the light of government schemes into the dark lives of migrant laborers and underprivileged families.
•Qualification: Graduate. Energetic partners proficient in digital tasks with a positive mindset.
•Mission: Developing leadership at the Panchayat level, empowerment of women and adolescent girls, and field-level data collection.
•Specialty: Priority will be given to local candidates.
•Honorarium: ?15,000/- per month.
3. Accounts Officer – 1 Post
•Your Role: You are the protector of the organization’s 'Financial Transparency.' Your efficiency will ensure that every penny intended for development is spent correctly and with full accountability.
•Qualification: B.Com, complete knowledge of Tally.
•Efficiency: Expert in EPF, ESIC, TDS, BRS, and preparing financial reports.
•Mission: Ensuring institutional financial discipline and compliance with rules.
4. Resource Centre Facilitator – 1 Post
•Your Role: You are the 'Information Hub' and 'Technical Foundation' of this mission. Your job is not just to record data, but to transform it into stories of change.
•Qualification: Graduate. 2 years of experience in MIS and documentation.
•Mission: Data management, preparing progress reports, and providing informational support to the team to ensure a robust monitoring and evaluation process.
•Honorarium: ?20,000/- per month.
Project Coverage Area : This mission will be operational in Chandauti, Konch, Guraru, Tekari, Belaganj, and Paraiya blocks of Gaya district.
