Job Summary:
Bantra St. Thomas’ Home Welfare Society is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Field Counselor for our Tuberculosis (TB) project. The candidate will work closely with TB patients and communities to provide counseling, follow-up support, awareness, and treatment adherence guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit patients in field areas and conduct regular follow-ups.
Counsel TB patients and their family members regarding treatment and care.
Create awareness about TB prevention, diagnosis, and treatment in communities.
Motivate patients to complete their TB treatment regularly.
Coordinate with hospital staff, DOT providers, and community stakeholders.
Maintain records and submit field reports on time.
Assist in organizing awareness camps and outreach activities.
Support the project team in patient tracking and documentation.

Eligibility:
Minimum Graduate; MSW preferred.
Experience in health projects, counseling, or NGO work will be preferred.
Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi and English.
Ability to travel in field areas and interact with communities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage.

Consolidated Salary: Rs. 25,100/- (Per Month).
