Remuneration (per month) : Rs.1,00,000/- (Consolidated inclusive of allowances)
Education Qualifications :
Essential :
• A master's degree or higher in Civil / Mechanical
• / Electrical Engineering or Urban Planning / Business Administration / Management or Public Policy and social science or a related field.
• Specialization in relevant areas such as infrastructure development, industrial engineering, project management, or urban infrastructure planning etc. would be preferred.
Desirable :
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in using advanced technologies and tools related to infrastructure planning, design, and implementation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software allows for data – driven decision making and evidence – based programming.
Experience :
• Minimum 8 (eight) years' experience in infrastructure development or industry-related projects.
• Proven track record of successful project management and execution in the infrastructure or industrial sector.
• Ability to plan, oversee, and evaluate infrastructure and industry projects.
• Coordination skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, government authorities, contractors, and relevant agencies.
• Preference will be given to persons with work experience in Infrastructure & industry sector, implementation of programmes.
Job description / Duties & Responsibilities :
• Maintain synergy between the Planning Department, LKI and NITI Aayog
• To assist state in achieving its objectives in collaboration with NITI Aayog and the LKI
• Ability to conduct research, analyse data, and evaluate infrastructure and industrial trends to guide decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in infrastructure development and propose effective solutions.
• Familiarity with sustainability and environmental considerations in infrastructure and industry projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including government officials, private sector representatives, and community members.
• Capability to engage with local communities and address their concerns related to infrastructure and industrial projects.
• Evaluation and assessment of existing strategies, methodologies, and systems to improve the socio-economic condition of the State
• Preparation of development strategies, sectoral targets, socio economic goals and State Vision@ 2047, SDG reports as per the State's requirements and roadmap to achieve the same
• Draft policy briefs, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordination with development partners and technical agency concerned
• Support mechanisms for strengthening horizontal and vertical coordination within Government.
Knowledge and Skills :
• Experience in Stake holder management
• Experience in drafting reports and reviewing detailed project Reports
• Prior experience with Government, UN agencies and other international organizations is desirable.
• Knowledge and experience related to National/State planning
• Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills
Languages Requirements :
• Excellent verbal and written English, Telugu language skills and demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural Environment.
Leave :
• Entitled to have State government enlisted holidays
• Individuals will be entitled to leaves of 18 days in the entire year
