KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support program management and day-to-day coordination of the Lifeskills project, ensuring smooth implementation of planned activities
• Maintain and regularly update project trackers, databases, and MIS systems to ensure accurate and timely data availability
• Contribute creative and contextual inputs to strengthen project interventions, communication materials, and field-level initiatives
• Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to improve efficiency in documentation, reprting, and knowledge management
• Prepare high-quality documentation, including reports, summaries, presentations, and minutes of meetings (MoMs)
• Provide operational and coordination support to the Line Manager, including follow-ups, scheduling, and task tracking
• Assist in data compilation, analysis, and reporting to support program reviews and decision-making
• Coordinate with internal teams and field stakeholders to ensure timely execution of activities and information flow
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with organizational and donor requirements
• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager in line with project needs
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Graduate in any discipline; Post-graduation preferred (Management / Social Sciences / Development Studies or related fields)
• Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, project support, or similar roles
Core Competencies:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks, manage multiple priorities, and support program implementation effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for reporting, presentations, and data tracking
• Ability to create structured presentations, reports, and dashboards with attention to detail
• Previous experience in dealing with Donor will be preferred.
Digital & Analytical Skills:
• Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, or similar platforms) to enhance productivity, documentation, and analysis
• Strong data handling and basic analytical skills, especially using Excel (trackers, basic formulas, data organization)
• Comfort with digital tools, online collaboration platforms, and project trackers
• Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of FCRA will be an added advantage.
