Role Overview:
The Ophthalmologist provides final clinical evaluation, validates prescriptions, and ensures accurate diagnosis and appropriate referrals for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

? Verify participant records and clinical findings on the portal and physical forms.
? Re-check and validate refractive prescriptions.
? Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for common pathologies on Slitlamp.
? Identify cases requiring medical intervention and provide referrals.
? Ensure adherence to defined prescription protocols.
? Record final observations and provide clinical sign-off.

Qualifications & Experience:

? MBBS with MS/DOMS in Ophthalmology and valid registration.
? 2-5 years of clinical experience; camp experience preferred.
? Proficiency in clinical diagnostics and digital documentation.

? Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making ability.
? High accuracy and attention to detail.
? Ethical practice and protocol adherence.

? Accuracy of prescription validation.
