CONTENT OF TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR)
1. Background:
As UN ORGANISATION India transitions into the next phase of its Country Programme (2025-27), the High-Value Partnerships (HVP) team is poised to scale its fundraising ambitions by expanding engagement with corporates, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and philanthropic foundations. Building on strong momentum — including significant revenue growth and the acquisition of new strategic partners in recent years — the HVP team aims to diversify its funding base and strengthen long-term, mission-aligned partnerships. To support this trajectory, there is a critical need to reinforce the pre-sales and early engagement function within the Partnerships unit. This includes identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, conducting in-depth research and market analysis, mapping partner priorities, and developing compelling pitch materials and engagement strategies. Strengthening this front-end cycle will ensure a steady pipeline of well-aligned and strategically positioned prospects, enabling seamless handovers for cultivation and formal onboarding. By investing in these capabilities now, UN ORGANISATION India will be better positioned to unlock high-value partnerships that accelerate progress toward its programmatic goals and amplify its impact for every child.
