Child in Need Institute (CINI) is a national level organization that aims to promote 'sustainable development in education, protection, health and nutrition - of child, adolescent and woman in need'. Child In Need Institute is headquartered in Kolkata (Calcutta) and operating in -West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam and North East States. CINI has been involved in several major community development focused projects in India since 1974, driving at the underlying social causes of poverty. CINI focuses primarily on the issues of health, nutrition, education and protection of women, children and adolescents in collaboration with the Government of Indian/State Government, UN Agencies, Corporates and other local and international development partners.

2.1 Level: Assistant

3. Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

4. Reporting To: State Head and State Finance Officer

5. Introduction:
The Accountant cum administrative assistance plays a vital role in account and administration to assist to State Finance and Admiration Officer. This role involves
* Development of project accounting system for monitoring of the project activities.
* Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
* Preparing reports. Documents financial transactions by entering account information following CINI Financial Manual Guideline.
* Maintains accounting controls in coordination with State Finance and Admiration Officer and secures financial and personal information by completing database backups.
* Prepares payments proses documents by verifying the procurement process and requesting disbursements.
* Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
* Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
* Help in procurement and inventory of FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and Gadgets.
* Face the Internal and Statutory audit.
* Help in organizing conference, event, training as per requirement and requisition of Program staffs.
* Prepare purchase related documentation.
* Help to program staffs during settlement of bill and vouchers and follow up of PMS Systems.
* Bank Works : Payment process, statements collection, communicate with bank manager or Bank operation manager.

6. Additional Details:
? Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce or Bachelor Degree in Finance.
? Experience: Minimum 3year Work Experience in related disciplines (Preferable in Development Sector).
? Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
? Work Environment: Role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha with potential travel to nearby regions.
? Contract and Compensation: Full-time position; CTC Rs.30,000.00 (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) PM.
? Safety and Compliance: Compliance with all organizational safety protocols during financial and admin operations.
? Language Requirements: Proficiency in Odia alongside fluency in English and Hindi.

Contract Duration: Initially 10 (Ten) month (Extension depends on Project period/ Project extension along with performance appraisal)

Desirable: Candidate must have own two wheeler with driving license, skill in driving two-wheeler and ready to join with immediate effect or as soon as possible. Only shortlisted candidates are selected for interview process.
