Available Positions
1. Counselor (01 Position)
Qualification
Graduate with Honors in Psychology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counseling and psychosocial support to beneficiaries.
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
Maintain counseling records and reports.
Assist in awareness and behavior change communication activities.
Coordinate with project staff and stakeholders.
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work sensitively with vulnerable communities.

2. Outreach Worker (ORW) (06 Positions)
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field outreach activities.
Mobilize and support target beneficiaries.
Maintain field records and documentation.
Facilitate referrals and follow-up services.
Support awareness campaigns and community meetings.
Required Skills
Strong community engagement skills.
Ability to travel within assigned project areas.
Good communication and reporting abilities.

3. Peer Educator (12 Positions)

Qualification
Matriculation (10th Pass).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct peer education and awareness sessions.
Support outreach and community mobilization activities.
Assist beneficiaries in accessing health and social services.
Promote preventive health practices.
Maintain basic activity records.
Required Skills
Positive attitude towards community work.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work in field settings.

4. Program Manager (01 Position)
Qualification
Post Graduate in Social Sciences.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the social sector, preferably in health-related programs.
Key Responsibilities
Overall management and supervision of the project.
Planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of project activities.
Coordination with BSACS, government departments, and stakeholders.
Team management, capacity building, and performance monitoring.
Budget tracking, documentation, and compliance management.
Preparation of reports and presentations.
Required Skills
Excellent computer application skills.
Strong English writing and spoken communication.
Leadership, project management, and reporting skills.
Experience working on health and social development projects.

Preference
Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in the social development, health, HIV/AIDS, community outreach, or related sectors.
