About the Project
Sabuj Sangha, with support from LTIMindtree, is implementing the “Centre for Excellence on Rural Livelihood” project in Kumargram Block of Alipurduar. The project focuses on women-led livelihood promotion, eco-friendly enterprises, handicraft development, financial inclusion, market linkage, and community institution strengthening. Through innovative and sustainable livelihood models such as Areca Leaf Processing, Mekhla Weaving, and Upcycled Handicraft Production, the initiative aims to improve economic resilience and empower rural women and marginalized communities.
Job Title 4: MIS Executive/ Social Media Expert
Location: Kumar gram Block, Alipurduar
Salary: INR 35,000/- per month
Job Summary:
Sabuj Sangha is seeking a technically skilled MIS Executive to manage project MIS systems, digital documentation, and social media operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining project databases, generating MIS reports, handling SEO and SMO activities, managing social media platforms, creating daily digital content, and supporting online branding and visibility of the project and its products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project MIS systems, beneficiary databases, and digital records.
• Maintain data related to training, production, sales, beneficiaries, and project progress.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Handle social media management across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Plan and publish daily social media posts, reels, graphics, and promotional content.
• Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SMO (Social Media Optimization) activities.
• Monitor website performance, analytics, and digital engagement.
• Support online branding and digital campaigns for enterprise products.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and documentation of project activities.
• Ensure proper digital archiving and reporting support for the project team.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management related to programme implementation.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in MIS and digital media management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace, MIS tools, and reporting systems.
• Strong experience in SEO, SMO, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media management.
• Basic knowledge of graphic designing, video editing, and website management preferred.
• Good communication and content writing skills.
• Experience in NGO/CSR projects preferred.
