Consultant – Strategic Partnerships & Communication

Location: Hybrid

Terre des Hommes is looking for a professional consultant to develop, manage and strengthen our strategic alliances, and communication initiatives. The role focuses on building high-value alliances, strengthening organizational visibility, and driving collaborative success across sectors.

The core responsibilities of the consultant include:
• Establishing and managing partnerships with institutions, foundations, and corporates, and support resource mobilisation efforts for partner organisations.
• Designing and implementing resource development and communication strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
• Tracking sector trends to identify opportunities and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Enhancing visibility through media engagement, publications, and digital platforms.
• Advising leadership on resource diversification, sustainability, and risk mitigation.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership management and communication within NGOs, UN agencies, or international organizations.
• Strong networking skills and proven ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
