*Key Responsibilities
1. Contact farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Self Help Groups (SHGs), Gram Panchayat representatives, and village Pradhans through telephone and digital communication channels.
2. Create awareness and provide information regarding various Government Schemes, Subsidy Programs, Agricultural Development Initiatives, and SAS services.
3. Guide beneficiaries regarding eligibility criteria, application procedures, and documentation requirements for different schemes and projects.
4. Coordinate with farmers and village-level stakeholders for collection, verification, and submission of required documents.
5. Maintain regular follow-up with beneficiaries to ensure timely completion of applications and delivery of scheme benefits.
6. Update and maintain beneficiary records, call logs, databases, and progress reports in Excel and other management systems.
7. Assist in beneficiary mobilization, outreach campaigns, awareness drives, and project implementation activities.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to calling activities, document collection status, and beneficiary enrollment.
9. Coordinate with field teams, project coordinators, and government departments whenever required.
10. Ensure professional communication and maintain positive relationships with farmers, village institutions, and stakeholders.

*Required Skills & Competencies

1. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (knowledge of local dialects will be an added advantage).
2. Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to effectively communicate government schemes and project benefits to rural communities.
4. Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, Google Sheets, and other computer applications.
6. Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
7. Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
8. Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.
9. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Educational Qualification
10.Graduate or Intermediate (10+2) in any discipline from a recognized Board/University.
11. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Sector Projects, Government Schemes, or Customer Support activities.
