POSITION ROLE
Field Coordinator, Programs will play a key role in supporting the execution of activities and initiatives aimed at addressing Online Sexual Exploitation and Abuse of Children (OSEAC) within the framework of the project. Working closely with the project team, the incumbent will contribute operational support to ensure the successful implementation of OSEAC interventions at the project level
 
Remain alert and responsive to any safeguarding risks; acquire and maintain the relevant knowledge and skills necessary to promote strong safeguarding practices; understand and adhere to ChildFund India’s Safeguarding Policy and Procedures; and conduct yourself at all times in a manner consistent with ChildFund India’s safeguarding principles and standards.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and refinement of operational plans, workflows, and timelines for OSEAC prevention and response activities in coordination with the Trainer and Sr. Field Officer, Programs.
  • Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of workshops, training sessions, meetings, and other project events, including venue booking, participant coordination, and resource mobilization.
  • Collaborate with SCPCRs, government agencies, civil society partners, schools, and other child protection duty bearers to facilitate the establishment of pilot intervention sites and the implementation of OSEAC-related initiatives at the community level.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including activity schedules, attendance registers, financial records, and procurement files, in compliance with organizational policies and requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for project-related communications, including drafting correspondence, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and managing email correspondence and telephone inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of project-related materials, including reports, presentations, and communication resources, to enhance stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with the Trainer in the execution of training for different stakeholders and organizing community awareness programs.
  • Regular periodic meetings with different stakeholders like teachers, ASHA workers, PRI, VLCPC etc.
  • Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Specialist Program and Sr. Field Officer, Programs - OSEAC to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of project activities.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Child Rights, Development Studies, Human Rights, or a related field is preferred.
  • Work Experience: Minimum two years of relevant experience in child protection, social development, or related fields, with a focus on addressing issues related to online sexual exploitation and abuse of children.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency (both verbal and written) in English, Marathi and Hindi.
  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate experience in project planning and execution and showcase strong experience working with government stakeholders. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with team and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community-based organizations.

EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA
Step 1: HR Pre-Screening:All Job Applications received will be collated by HR and preliminary screening will be conducted based on the minimum education and experience requirements mentioned above. The Applicants that do not meet the education and experience criteria will not be considered further for the selection process. All the qualified applications will be handed over by HR to the Selection Panel.
 
Step 2: Qualified applications will be further reviewed by the Selection Panel. The Selection Panel will assess and rank all the applications based on the following factors for a maximum of 100 points:

Step 3: Based on the written test assessment, applications will be further shortlisted for Step 3 i.e. Interview. The applications will be evaluated by the Selection Panel for the final selection, based on the following evaluation factors for a maximum of 100 points.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary starts at INR 364170 per annum plus benefits, with scope for consideration for adjustment in line with the experience, skills, and knowledge the selected candidate brings.
