Project: Community Mental Health Project
Project Location: Brahmagiri & Krushnaprasad Blocks, Puri District, Odisha

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Rural Development (MRD) from a recognized university.
• Additional qualifications in Project Management, Community Development, or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Candidates possessing a bike and laptop will be given preference.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NGO or community-based development programmes.
• Experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, documentation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and team management is desirable.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively with communities, government departments, and civil society organizations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
• Fluency in both Odia and English.
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

ISERD invites applications from qualified, compassionate, and dedicated professionals for the position of Psychiatric Counsellor under its Community Mental Health Project. Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, Psychiatric Social Work (PSW), or related disciplines from a recognized university.
• Additional qualifications such as a Diploma or specialized certification in Counselling, Mental Health, Psychotherapy, or related fields will be preferred.
• Candidates possessing a bike most.
Experience:
• Experience in providing psychiatric counselling, psychosocial support, and mental health services in community settings will be preferred.
• Experience in home-based counselling, community outreach, and working with persons with mental illness and their caregivers will be an added advantage.
Key Competencies:
• Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with individuals, families, and community groups.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the project area.
• Fluency in Odia and basic English communication.
