Multiple Positions for Creche Initiative
Padmapur Block, Rayagada District, Odisha
Full-time | On-site

Position Overview : Youth for Social Development (YSD) invites applications from committed and motivated professionals for multiple positions under the Creche Initiative, supported by the Azim Premji Foundation. The initiative aims to establish and operate community-based creches that provide quality childcare, nutrition, early stimulation, and a safe environment for children aged 7 months to 3 years. Selected candidates will contribute to program implementation, community engagement, capacity building, monitoring, logistics, and overall management of the creche centers.

1) Project Coordinator
2) Cluster Coordinator
3) Training and Capacity Building Coordinator
4) Accounts and Logistics Coordinator
5) Creche Supervisor

Qualifications & Experience : Educational qualifications and experience vary by position. Candidates with relevant experience in child development, nutrition, health, community development, capacity building, logistics, finance, or related social development sectors are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in rural and tribal communities and proficiency in the local language.
