FXB India Suraksha (FXBIS) is an Indian non-governmental, non-profit organization providing development assistance to marginalized children, women, and communities in rural and urban India. Since inception, the organization has had a special focus for children, especially those from marginalized communities and the HIV/AIDS infected or affected children. To address the needs of children comprehensively, FXBIS follows an 'integrated development' approach model, wherein it designs programmes on livelihood, health and education for the community as a whole, so that the vulnerable, especially women and children are provided a safe, healthy and sustainable environment to thrive in. Our four domains of interventions, namely, Livelihood Promotion, Access to Quality Education, Improved Health Status, and Protection & Safety, together exert to create a net of protection and welfare in the community we intervene.
FXBIS began its operations in 2007, as a registered Indian entity under Section 8 of the Companies Act 1956, modified under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 with an objective of assisting people to lead a life of dignity by creating safe, healthy and productive environment. It is currently working in the states of Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and 1 UT, Puducherry. The organization has begun the process of expanding its work in West Bengal by 2020.
Position: Manager – Finance
Location: Kalka ji, New Delhi
Job Purpose:
The Manager – Finance will be responsible for leading the organization's finance, accounting, budgeting, compliance, audit, and financial reporting functions. The position will support strategic financial planning, donor compliance, statutory compliance, and financial management systems under the guidance of the Head – Finance & Administration.
Position Objectives:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare annual organizational and project budgets in coordination with programme teams.
• Monitor fund utilization and cash flow across projects and offices.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and maintenance of financial systems.
• Review and approve vouchers, payments, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, FCRA, Companies Act, CSR regulations, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, donor, and project audits.
• Oversee donor financial reporting and utilization certificates.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and risk management systems.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury functions.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members.
• Support strategic financial decision-making through financial analysis and projections.
• Travel periodically for financial monitoring, audits, and compliance reviews.

Finance Officers / Accounts Officers
Budget Responsibility:
Overall organizational and project financial management as assigned by the Head – Finance & Administration.
Essential Qualifications:
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / master’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, compliance, and donor-funded projects.
• Experience in NGOs, development sector organizations, or not-for-profit entities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FCRA, Income Tax, TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Companies Act, and donor compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Compensation Offered:
Rs 7.2 Lakhs – Rs 9 Lakhs per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
