Location: Barasat, North 24 Parganas

Education Qualification & Experience:
MSW (Minimum 1 year of experience in social work, or community/youth
development programs).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Mobilization.
Conduct field visits and community outreach activities.
Build rapport with community leaders, local organizations, government agencies, educational institutions and relevant stakeholders.
Program Implementation and maintain regular follow-up with beneficiaries
Assist Program Coordinator in planning and executing project.
Prepare baseline, field reports, case studies, success stories, and monthly progress along with other relevant reporting.
Represent the organization at community meetings and external events when required.
Conduct awareness programs in Schools and field areas as per project requirements.
