Core Roles & Responsibilities
1. Relationship Support & Communication
You are the reliable point of contact supporting the senior Relationship Managers (RMs).

Client Onboarding: Helping new partners or clients navigate the paperwork and compliance processes to get them into the system.

Daily Correspondence: Managing incoming queries from the network, resolving minor issues independently, and escalating larger problems to senior team members.

Meeting Preparation: Drafting briefings, creating presentation decks (pitch books), and gathering background research before major partner meetings.

2. Data Management & CRM Administration
A massive part of managing a network is keeping track of it. You will likely spend a lot of time in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Pipeline Tracking: Keeping records up-to-date with details on active discussions, contract renewal dates, and contact information.

Data Cleaning: Ensuring the partner database is accurate, organized, and compliant with privacy regulations.

3. Market Research & Network Analytics
To grow or maintain a network, you need data-driven insights.

Partner Mapping: Identifying potential new partners, clients, or vendors in the market that fit the company’s current strategic goals.

Performance Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) of the current network—such as transaction volumes, engagement rates, or response times—and summarizing them in weekly or monthly reports.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination
The network management team usually acts as a bridge between the client and the internal product/technical teams.

Feedback Loop: Gathering feedback from the network and communicating it back to product, engineering, or operations teams to help improve the company's offerings.
